Hello all! Just returned from a cold and very windy ride. I am now feeling the burn! But it's a good burn.
Goning to do a run/ride in the am and then to a beinfit for Mike Lunburg in Clare, Iowa. Here is fighting cancer. Hope they have a great turnout.

I'm ready to giver hell this weekend in Des Moines @ the Sterling Circus XC Time Trial. The weather should be nicer and not as cold. Looking forward to this event, it's always a fun one.
Then it's of to the Dirt Dual XC Nov. 5th

Coming Trail Projects in Ft. Dodge

Well it's that time of year. We have one trail bridge that needs a new deck one small one to be replaced in Loomis Park and maybe a couple of new ones to install in Finie Park. I have been working with the Parks and Rec dept. to get some materials. Anyone who wants to help drop me a line.

Iowa Games XC

Thanks to all who made the Iowa Games mountain bike race great. We had a really good time. Myself I had an awesome time with a 1st place in my age group and 6th place in the overall. Something felt really different this time. My first race of the season and I ran as hard at the finish as I did at the start. The running has been really helping out.
Next week it's down to the Circus for a little time trial. Looking forward to that. They always put on a great event.
